In her more than fifteen years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer, Madelyn has built an extensive litigation practice. She’s proven adept at winning cases or quickly securing a summary judgment, preventing an employer from a costly trial. Madelyn’s experience is comprehensive, having represented national employers and local public agencies in employment matters. Madelyn’s litigation experience includes:
